OUR AGENCY FEES
Our fees vary depending on the specific service you require. They are composed of:

Scouting Fee + Agency Fee* + VAT

Scouting Fee
To begin the search for your ideal candidate, we charge a non-refundable scouting fee of CHF 199. Once the payment is received, we actively start looking for candidates who meet your specific requirements and needs.
This fee will be deducted from the final invoice once you have found your ideal match.
Full-Time Placement
We charge 9% of the gross annual compensation for full-time positions requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Part-Time Placement
12% of the gross annual compensation for roles requiring a minimum of 22 hours per week.
18% of the gross annual compensation for roles requiring between 13 and 21 hours per week.
For roles requiring less than 12 hours per week, our minimum fee is CHF 2800.-.
Temporary Placement
For temporary placements, we charge a fee of CHF 250.- per week, regardless of whether the placement lasts for one day or the full seven days.

In 2025, household staff rates in Geneva typically range between CHF 25.- and CHF 35.- gross per hour for nannies and housekeepers, depending on qualifications, experience, and job responsibilities.
